Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from shipment.
• For Tobago, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Rates

• A flat rate of TT$45.00 applies to orders below TT$1500.
• Standard shipping is free for orders of TT$1500 or more.

Please note: A delivery surcharge of 3.5% will be applied to the VAT-inclusive subtotal of your order. This is a non-refundable fee charged by the financial institution for processing.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (MON-THURSDAY) will be shipped within 24 hours.
• Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (MON-THURSDAY) will ship within 36-48 hours.
• Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Holiday & Weekend Shipping

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Public Holidays. Delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, etc. If there are any delays, you will be notified by a Brown’s representative with an updated delivery date. Every effort will be made to deliver your order in a timely manner.

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)

Payment Options

Customers may choose to pay for their order upon delivery by selecting the “Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)” option during checkout. Payment methods upon delivery include Cash, Linx, or Credit Card.

Delivery Surcharge

A 3.5% surcharge on the VAT-inclusive subtotal will apply to all orders, as a non-refundable fee processed by the financial institution.

Shipping Carrier

All orders with standard shipping are handled by Universal Package Systems Limited, an authorized service contractor for UPS.
