🚗 Product & Compatibility

Items are check before being listed on website for the vehicle listed. We try to include the year of manufacture, model and engine size/ code to help identify parts. We can provide additional photos and information upon request.

For the most accurate answer about compatibility, you can contact us via [email protected] or through our contact us page. Please include the VIN (Chassis Number), engine code, year of manufacture, make and model of vehicle. Sometimes the chassis number do not come up on search and alternative means must be used to identify parts.

While we try our best to confirm items are the correct for client’s vehicle, getting the wrong parts happens from time to time. In a case where the wrong parts are supplied please submit evidence showing the difference and we rectified the issue or will issue a refund less shipping cost after item is returned.

Parts will either be new OEM, new aftermarket or used OEM parts commonly called “foreign used” in Trinidad market. Each item will be listed accordingly.

Genuine parts will be directly from the vehicle brand/ manufacturer eg Toyota or Mitsubishi.

👉Think: “Official replacement part from the brand itself.”

 

OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) Made by the same company that produces the original parts for the manufacturer—but sold without the brand’s logo or packaging. EG: for spark plugs, Denso is an oem supplier for Toyota. The OEM version is the same part, just not branded as Toyota, Honda, etc.

👉 Think: “Same part, same factory—just not branded by the car company.”

 

Aftermarket parts are from manufacturers who make replacement parts designed to match the original part.

EG: 555 Sankei, Kasuki, Sakura Filter

👉Think: “Alternative option made by a different company.”

We stock new and used parts but not refurbished.

💳 Payments & Pricing

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. In addition, we also accept all debits cards (ATM Cards) issued by Republic bank, First Citizens bank, Scotiabank, Royal Bank. We also accept Bank Transfers but parts will not be shipped until payment is received.

Some of our prices are lower and some are higher than competitors because we price based on the quality and source of each part. For certain items, we’re able to offer better prices due to our supplier relationships. For others, we may carry higher-quality or more reliable brands, which can cost a bit more but offer better performance and durability. Our goal is to give customers the best value overall, not just the lowest price.

No hidden fees, taxes or processing fees. Prices are the same listing online and instore.

Yes, it’s completely safe to shop on our website. Our checkout is encrypted and secure. We don’t store your payment details or share your information with anyone else.
