Return Policy and Warranty

Warranty policy

• Engines have 21 days warranty; Transmission 14 Days; Mechanical parts 7 Days; and Electrical parts are sold as is (no Guarantee)

• Items sold without warranty (no Guarantee):
  • electrical Items: ECU, Door switch, Sensors, BCM
  • Special order
  • Sale or clearance Items
• Conditional Warranty: Certain items are covered under a conditional warranty, meaning the warranty is only valid if related or integral components are purchased and replaced at the same time to ensure proper function. For example, an AC compressor will only be covered under warranty if it is purchased and installed together with the AC condenser.

 

Return Policy  

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in unused, original condition, and returned in the original packaging. including labelling, manuals, hardware, etc. If items and/or products are returned with damaged packaging, soiled or missing components we cannot facilitate a return.
• Any item that is opened and/or tampered with will automatically void warranty. 
• Electrical components, special-order items, and clearance products are non-returnable.
• Special ordered parts are non-refundable.
• We will accept returns for unused products within the warranty period.
• Items not eligible for return: Sale items, Electrical items, Body parts, oils, coolant or chemicals

 

       2. Return Process

• All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to reflect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from their refund. 
• The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s.

• Refunds will only be processed after items have been returned.

 

 

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. Please provide photos, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once the original part has not been tampered or damaged.
